What you need

Ingredients

1 pouch (40 g) Carnation Breakfast Essentials Powder Drink Mix - Chocolate
1 cup Rolled oats
½ cup (125 ml) Walnuts, chopped
2 tablespoons (30 ml) Wheat bran
1 tablespoon (15 ml) Dry roasted, unsalted sunflower seeds
1 tablespoon (15 ml) Flax seeds
1 tablespoon (15 ml) Brown sugar
¼ cup (60 ml) Dark mini chocolate chips
½ teaspoon (2 ml) Ground cinnamon
1 Large banana
1 Large egg
1 1/2 tablespoons (25 ml) Coconut oil
1/3 cup (75 ml) Plain low-fat yogurt

How to prepare

Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or a non-stick baking mat. Preheat oven to 350°F.

Mash banana in a medium size bowl until smooth.

Stir in egg, coconut oil and yogurt until smooth.

Add all remaining ingredients and stir until well combined.

Scoop tablespoon size batter onto the prepared baking sheet 1” apart.

Bake for 10-14 minutes, depending on the final texture that you want. Let cool for 10 minutes before transferring them to a cooling rack to cool completely.
