What you need

900g ground Lamb
1 tbsp Vegetable Oil-Butter Spread
600g whole wheat Pita Bread
750g red Tomatoes
40g Maggi BBQ and Grill Seasoning (from the Middle East)
1 small chopped Onion
to taste
1/2 cup chopped Pickles
to taste

How to prepare

Instructions

In a mixing bowl combine minced lamb, Maggi seasoning and vegetable oil. Mix ingredients together until uniform. Divide into 12 balls (80g each) and tread onto skewers.

Grill kababs over open flame or oven until cooked on both sides.

Serve with pita bread and sliced vegetables. Enjoy!
