How to prepare
In a mixing bowl combine minced lamb, Maggi seasoning and vegetable oil. Mix ingredients together until uniform. Divide into 12 balls (80g each) and tread onto skewers.
Grill kababs over open flame or oven until cooked on both sides.
Serve with pita bread and sliced vegetables. Enjoy!
