Harvest Quinoa Breakfast Bowl

How to prepare
In saucepan, combine BOOST Diabetic Vanilla, 1/2 cup (125 mL) water and quinoa; bring to boil.
Reduce heat to low; cover and cook for 15 to 18 minutes or until quinoa is very tender and most of the liquid is absorbed.
Remove from heat. Cover and let stand for 10 minutes; fluff with fork. Stir in cinnamon.
Divide quinoa porridge between bowls. Top with apples, blueberries, and a few dollops of yogurt. Garnish with walnuts and ground flax seeds.
