What you need

1 pouch (40 g) Carnation Breakfast Essentials Powder Drink Mix - Vanilla
1 cup (250 ml) Frozen blueberries
½ cup (125 ml) Baby spinach
1 cup (250 ml) Almond milk, unsweetened
2 tablespoons (30 ml) Almond butter, plain unsweetened
