KIT KAT Chunky Sweet ‘n’ Salty Cookies
What you need

3 bars (50 g each) KIT KAT Chunky, finely chopped
2 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 cup unsalted butter
1 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup broken salted pretzels
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup salted roasted peanuts

Preheat oven to 350°F. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.

In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda and salt until combined.

In a large bowl, beat butter and both sugars with electric beater until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs, one at a time, until well blended. Beat in vanilla. Stir in flour mixture until just combined. Stir in chopped KIT KAT, pretzels, raisins and peanuts. Chill dough for 30 minutes or until firm.

Drop heaping tablespoons of dough 2-inches apart on prepared pans. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden and set. Cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes. Transfer to wire rack and cool completely.
