Spread one of the sponge cakes with raspberry jam, put the other layer on top. Spread some cream cheese frosting around the sides and top of the cake.

Attach KIT KAT bars all around the edge of the sponge cake, pressing against the cream cheese to adhere. Tie a ribbon around the KIT KAT bars to secure. Add the SMARTIES to fill the top of the cake. Then cut and serve to the luckiest guests ever!
