1 1/3 cups (325 mL) Unsweetened almond milk
1 cup Chopped kale & spinach (stems and ribs removed)
1/2 Banana (frozen)
1/4 cup (60 mL) Chopped mango

Try replacing mango with chopped pineapple for a slightly sweeter taste.
