What you need

1 tetra pack (237 ml) BOOST Diabetic - Vanilla
1 cup (250 ml) unsweetened almond milk
1/4 cup (60 ml) chopped frozen mango
1/4 cup (60 ml) blueberries
1/2 cup (125 ml) chopped frozen banana
1/2 cup (125 ml) packed spinach
1/2 cup (125 ml) packed chopped kale leaves
3 tbsp (45 ml) 2% plain Greek yogurt
2 tbsp (30 ml) chia seeds
2 tbsp (30 ml) lime juice
1 cup (250 ml) ice cubes

How to prepare




  1. In blender, purée BOOST Diabetic Vanilla, almond milk, mango, blueberries, banana, spinach, kale, yogurt, chia seeds, lime juice and ice until smooth.
  2. Divide among glasses.



low-fat milk or cashew milk for almond milk if desired. Add 1-2 scoops of BOOST Just Protein powder for extra protein.
