SMARTIES Chocolate Cupcake Snake
Ingredients
1 bag (203 g) SMARTIES Resealable
1 pkg chocolate cupcake mix
1 tub vanilla frosting
2 candy eyes
1-inch red fruit leather

Bake 12 cupcakes according to package directions; let cool completely.

Ice cupcakes making sure icing evenly tops cupcakes and doesn’t create a dome. Arrange SMARTIES on their side onto centres of 11 cupcakes to form snake scales. Make sure to leave an undecorated strip of icing on both edges of each cupcake.

Using SMARTIES, decorate remaining cupcake to form face of snake. Add candy eyes, SMARTIES for the nose and, using kitchen shears, shape fruit leather to form the snake’s tongue.
