How to prepare
In a small mixing bowl, sift the almond flour. Add the baking powder, sea salt and mix well.
Add the egg, honey, and canned pumpkin and mix until fully incorporated. Stir in more than half of the chopped TURTLES.
Generously spray a small microwave safe mug with cooking oil.
Pour in the batter and flatten the top. Microwave for 2-5 minutes (depending on your microwave).
Sprinkle remaining chopped TURTLES on top.
Wait for mug to cool down and TURTLES to melt – Enjoy!
