Advent Calendar Missing or Fallen Chocolate

We want every day of your countdown to Christmas to be exciting and fun! We are so sorry to hear your advent calendar had missing chocolates.

We assure you that there are many measures in place at the factory, including weight checks, to ensure the calendar contains all 24 pieces. During transportation, the calendars are shipped upright, which in rare cases may cause some pieces to fall to the bottom of the tray. We recommend checking the tray to see if your missing chocolates have fallen or slipped through.
