Empty Wrappers in TURTLES® Box

We can certainly understand how disappointing finding an empty TURTLES wrapper can be. Our TURTLES should never disappoint! In our efforts to be completely transparent, we’d like to provide some insight into how this can happen.

During the manufacturing of our TURTLES, we use powerful vacuums that are designed to remove empty wrappers that happen to be on the production line. There can sometimes be a jam in the machine and as we work to fix it, there are some empty wrappers that can slip through, or sometimes a broken TURTLES will make it’s way through.

Rest assured, all of our TURTLES boxes are measured by weight and therefore, while an empty wrapper may have fallen in, the weight of TURTLES should be its required volume.

When this happens, we want to know about it. To help us out, we appreciate if you can share the product information which we’ll pass on to our Quality Assurance team for awareness and continuous improvements.

• UPC (Bar Code) 
• Manufacturing code (series of numbers) 

• Best Before date 
• Store name and location of purchase  
• Photo
