We sincerely apologize if you found a hair in one of our products. This is certainly not the experience we strive for. Ensuring the quality and safety of our products is our top priority, and we have strict measures in place to prevent such incidents.
At the factory, we take great care to monitor and inspect our products continuously. All our team members involved in the manufacturing process wear hair coverings to maintain hygiene. We adhere to strict regulations, including the use of hair and beard nets, gloves, and uniforms.
To further ensure cleanliness, our factories are equipped with air tunnels that employees pass through to remove any loose hair before entering the production floor. Additionally, every employee uses a lint roller on their lab coats each time they enter, and we conduct daily audits to ensure compliance.
While finding a hair in your product is rare, we want to address it promptly. We would like to share the product information with our Quality Assurance team for awareness and improvements. When you reach out, please include as many details as possible:
• UPC (barcode #)
• Manufacturing code (series of numbers, time stamp & best before date)
• Store name and location of purchase
• Where in the product was this found?
• A photo, if possible
