We take the quality of our products very seriously.  

We want to reassure your that we have several processes in place including weight tests to prevent empty wrappers. During the final quality check, our air jets will blow empty wrappers from the production line but occasionally, an empty pouch may find its way into a full package. Despite our extensive checks, occasionally, pouches that have not been completely sealed may also cause leakage.  

Although the chances of this is rare, when it happens, we want to know about it. We want to hear from you and we appreciate if you can share the product information which we’ll pass on to our Quality Assurance team for awareness and continuous improvements.

• Manufacturing code (series of numbers)   

• Best Before date   

• Store name and location of purchase
