1/3 cup (40 g) BOOST Original Powder - Vanilla
1 1/4 cup (310 mL) plain unsweetened coconut water
1/2 cup (125 mL) kale
1/2 cup (125 ml) peeled, chopped cucumber
1 Golden Delicious apple, cored and chopped
1 large frozen banana
1/4 cup (60 mL) frozen mango chunks
2 tbsp (30 mL) hemp hearts
