The quality of our products has always been, and continues to be, our top priority and we can assure you that this is an uncommon occurrence. When we promise something, we must deliver. Our Halloween Nestlé Assorted Minis are packaged by weight and we have several measures in place to ensure that every box leaving our factory has the right amount of treats.

The machine we use automatically doses our SMARTIES into each individual box in a high-speed environment. While the machine is a very precise instrument and constantly monitored by our staff, there are rare occasions where unfilled boxes may slip through.

While we have both machines and human quality checks in place, the final check is our consumers. To help us out, we appreciate if you can share the product information which we’ll pass on to our Quality Assurance team for awareness and continuous improvements.
