We can certainly understand how disappointing this must have been and we’re sorry this happened to you. Our top priority continues to be the quality and safety of our products, and we have several processes in place to help prevent something like this from happening.
While we take every measure to ensure your KITKAT Cabin arrives to your home in one-piece, the product may have been damaged at some point of transportation between our facility and your home. We do want to assure you that this is a rare occurrence and while this might have happened once the product left our control, when it happens we want to know about it.
