We want you to enjoy a nice, delicious, and rich cup of hot chocolate as you should!   

If you are missing a sachet, we want to reassure your that we have several processes in place including weight tests and a machine that will reject boxes if it detects a difference in weight. We do our best to prevent something like this from happening and our factory adheres to Good Manufacturing Practices to ensure products are consistently produced and controlled. However, from time to time, it is possible that a sachet may be missing.  

Although the chances of this is rare, when it happens, we want to know about it. We want to hear from you and we appreciate if you can share the product information which we’ll pass on to our Quality Assurance team for awareness and continuous improvements.    

Please provide as many details as possible:    

  • UPC (Bar Code)   

  • Manufacturing code (series of numbers)   

  • Best Before date   

  • Store name and location of purchase    

  • Photo
