We take pride in delivering only the most bubbly experience to all of our AERO fans and this is not how we want to you to experience any of our sweet treats.

The production line moulds used in creating our airy AERO bars may have variations that results in our special bubbles to not be created. While this process and machinery are constantly monitored by our staff, these defective bars may pass through to packaging unnoticed.  

When this happens, we want to know about it. To help us out, we appreciate if you can share the product information which we’ll pass on to our Quality Assurance team for awareness and continuous improvements.  

Please provide as many details as possible:  

• UPC (Bar Code) 
• Manufacturing code (series of numbers) 

• Best Before date 
• Store name and location of purchase  
• Photo
