To package our SMARTIES, we use a machine that automatically doses the candies into the box, however, it may experience a momentary malfunction.

This is definitely not what you expected or deserve! Our top priority continues to be the quality and safety of our products, and we have several processes in place to help prevent something like this from happening. 

To package our Smarties ® ,  we use a machine that automatically doses the candies into the box. Although the machine itself is a very precise instrument, and our employees are constantly checking the settings with great care, every once in a while, our manufacturing equipment may experience a momentary malfunction that results in some SMARTIES to complete the production without enough inside the box. We have manual and digital inspections in place to ensure that these SMARTIES-less boxes do not make it on to our consumers, but this can sometimes happen. Rest assured, all of our boxes are measured by weight and therefore, while an empty box or missing SMARTIES may occur, the weight of should be its required volume.

  • Best Before date
  • Store name and location of purchase
