Our top priority continues to be the quality of all of our products, and while we have several processes in place to ensure a balanced assortment in each of our Quality Street products, we do know that a flavour can be missing from the tin.

Occasionally, it is necessary to replace a sweet with another of equally higher quality, which is why some tins may consist of more of one flavour than others. As well, our sweets are randomly mixed, so not each tin contains the same assortment. We can assure you that despite the variety, each container of Quality Street undergoes a final weight check to ensure the total volume of sweets meets our listed weight, rather than the total assortment of flavours. We continue to make improvements on bringing the awareness of this variety consideration to all our packaging.
