Due to the nature of this grind, it is common to experience residue at the bottom of your cup.

Our secret is our micro-grind process, which takes our premium, hand-picked Arabic beans and grinds them 10 times finer than regular coffee to unlock hidden tastes and aroma. Due to the nature of this grind, it is common to experience residue at the bottom of your cup. Some consumers may describe this residue as tasting bitter.  

Think of it like French-pressed coffee. The nature of coffee brewed in a French-press also leaves a similar sediment due to some finer grinds that may make its way through the filter.
