While this is a rare occurrence, it can happen if the seal has been broken, if the product has been open for an extended period, or if the product passed its best before date.

We completely understand how disappointing this can be. Our top priority has always been, and continues to be, the quality of our products and we take pride in delivering only the bubbliest water to our fans. 

While this is a rare occurrence, it can happen if the seal has been broken or if the product has been open for an extended period, or if the product has passed its best before date.

If you have the product information, we’d like to understand how many bottles you experienced this with and if the seal and/or cap was damaged prior to opening the bottle to share with our Quality Team for improvements and awareness. 

Please provide as many details as possible:  

  • UPC (Bar Code) 
  • Manufacturing code (series of numbers) 
  • Best Before date 
  • Store name and location of purchase  
  • Photo
