Power Vanilla Smoothie
What you need
Ingredients
1 bottle (237 ml) BOOST Diabetic Vanilla
1 cup (250 ml) unsweetened almond milk
1/4 cup (60 ml) chopped frozen mango
1/4 cup (60 ml) blueberries
1/2 cup (125 ml) chopped frozen banana
1/2 cup (125 ml) packed spinach
1/2 cup (125 ml) packed chopped kale leaves
3 tablespoons (45 ml) 2% plain Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons (30 ml) chia seeds
2 tablespoons (30 ml) lime juice
1 cup (250 ml) ice cubes

In blender, purée BOOST Diabetic Vanilla, almond milk, mango, blueberries, banana, spinach, kale, yogurt, chia seeds, lime juice and ice until smooth.

Divide among glasses.
Tips
Substitute
low-fat milk or cashew milk for almond milk if desired. Add 1-2 scoops of BOOST Just Protein powder for extra protein.
