Morning Mocha Chia Pudding
What you need
Ingredients
1/3 cup (40 g) Boost Original Powder
1 cup (250 mL) 2% milk
2 tbsp (30 mL) chia seeds
2 tsp (10 mL) light agave syrup
1 tbsp (15 mL) unsweetened cocoa powder
How to prepare

In a medium bowl, whisk milk, cocoa powder, agave, instant coffee and BOOST® Powder until smooth.

Stir in chia seeds and let mixture sit at room temperature for 10 minutes.

Stir again to break up any chia seed clumps and then cover and refrigerate for at least 8 hours or overnight.

Before serving, stir and divide between two bowls.

Garnish with vanilla yogurt, fresh raspberries, and mini chocolate chips, if desired.
