3/4 cup strawberries, fresh or frozen
or any berry of choice
2 tbsp hemp seeds
1/2 cup pomegranate juice
How to prepare
In a blender, combine all ingredients and process until smooth.
Change It Up
Try replacing hemp seeds with chia seeds or sunflower seeds.

Add additional Pomegranate juice for a thinner texture. Add more berries for a thicker texture.
