Prep a baking sheet with parchment or wax paper. Melt the chocolate in the microwave, stirring every 30 seconds. Place a marshmallow on the end of a skewer, and gently roll the back two-thirds in the melted chocolate. Tip: You want to leave the front third uncovered, to make the white belly. Pop the chocolate covered marshmallow onto the baking sheet to dry. Once it’s dried, use melted chocolate to attach the candy eyes. Use 1/2 an orange SMARTIE for the beak.
Tip: You can pop the beak into the hole left by the skewer! Use the melted chocolate to attach two yellow SMARTIES feet, SMARTIES earmuffs on either side, connected by a candy lace.
