SMARTIES Perfectly Portable Pumpkin Pies

How to prepare
Lay out 4 mini-mason jars. Make the pumpkin layer by mixing the purée, brown sugar and cinnamon. Make the creamy layer by whipping the cream cheese in a mixer, then folding in the whipped topping. Spoon the ginger snap crumbs, the pumpkin layer and the creamy layer into the mini-mason jars, alternating layers. End with a dollop of the creamy layer, then garnish with crushed SMARTIES. Put a lid on the jars and head out on your fall adventure!
Try using a low fat whipping cream!
