finely crushed graham crackers
finely chopped pecans or walnuts

softened cream cheese
1/4 cup + 2 tbsp

1 tbsp + 1 tsp
For crust, combine graham crackers, nuts, and melted butter. Press crumb mixture onto a 9-inch spring form pan. In a small saucepan, combine caramel and water. Melt the caramel on low heat. Set aside. For filling, beat cream cheese, sugar, flour, and vanilla with an electric mixer until combined (don't over mix). Add eggs and egg yolks, beating on low until combined. Stir in milk. Pour filling into the spring form. Bake at 375° F for about 35 minutes or until centre appears nearly set. Cool on wire rack for 20 minutes. Loosen the crust from sides of pan and cool completely. Pour melted caramel on top, and top with Mini TURTLES. Cover and chill overnight before serving.
Make it extra sweet by melting more caramel and garnishing generously.
Garnish with fresh fruit
Delicious when served with fresh fruit.
