    Cooked lasagna pasta (water, semolina wheat flour), water, tomatoes (tomatoes, tomato juice, citric acid [acidulant], calcium chloride), cottage and part skim mozzarella cheeses (milk ingredients, bacterial culture, salt, microbial enzymes), cooked ground beef, tomato paste, modified corn starch, textured soy protein concentrate, sugar, dehydrated onions, salt, potassium chloride, autolyzed yeast extract, spices, garlic powder, lactic acid, calcium lactate, flavour (soy sauce [water, soybeans, wheat, salt], autolyzed yeast extract, dextrose, soy oil), colour.

    MICROWAVE (1100 W) PIERCE FILM COOK 4 min REMOVE FILM COOK 5 min REST 5 min COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: Pierce film. Cook on HIGH 4 MIN. Remove Film. Cook on MED (50%) 5 MIN. Let stand 5 MIN. CONVENTIONAL OVEN 1. Pre-heat oven to 350oF (180oC) MAXIMUM. 2. Remove film. Place tray on baking sheet on centre rack in oven. 3. Bake 48 MIN. Let stand 5 MIN.
