Unsubscribing from Nestlé Communication

While we hate to see you go, we understand that things can change and you may no longer wish to receive communication from us and our programs. Here are some ways you can unsubscribe or opt-out of our marketing communications:

MY Nestle:

If you would like to unsubscribe from email communication from My Nestle, simply select the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any My Nestle email.

Nestlé Baby & Me:

1) If you would like to unsubscribe from email communications only you can do so in 2 ways:

  • Log in and find the Account Management page on the Nestlé Baby & me website. Then, uncheck the corresponding box to update your communication preferences.

  • Follow the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any Nestlé Baby & Me email. 

You can update your communications preferences anytime.

Note: Nestlé Baby & Me sends out some email communications directly related to services you’ve signed up for as part of the program, including a welcoming email and a shipment notice. These operational emails will continue regardless of your communication preferences. 

2) If you would like to unsubscribe from the program:

  • You will need to contact our Customer Care team

  • Please visit our Contact Us page to email, live chat or call us for assistance. To ensure we are removing the correct person, you will need to provide the following information that is associated with your Nestlé Baby & me account:

    • Full name

    • Mailing address

    • Email address

    • Baby due date or date of birth

    • Please indicate that you want to be removed from the program completely 

  • After receiving your request, we will remove you from the program. In rare circumstances we may need to clarify some information so please look out for an email from us within 72 hours. When you are removed, you will receive nothing further from the program.
