Boost Mango Lassi

    Ingredients

    1 Tetra pack (325 ml) Boost Simply+Vanilla
    1 c (250ml) Canned mango puree
    ½ c (125 ml) Plain yogurt
    ¼ teaspoon each: Ground cardamom (Elaichi powder), Kewra essence (optional)
    1 cup Ice cubes (optional)

    Place all the ingredients into the blender, including Kewra essence and ice (if using) and blend until smooth.

    Tips

    Substitution

    Use Boost Just Protein powder if desired.

    Garnish

    Sprinkle crushed pistachios, dried rose petals or saffron strands over top of lassi.

    Get fresh!

    Fold in 1 cup of finely chopped fresh mango after blending lassi.
