BOOST Original Vanilla Raspberry Smoothie
What you need
1 cup (240 ml) Frozen raspberries
1/2 Medium Avocado
1 Medium Banana
fresh or frozen
How to prepare
Place all the ingredients into the blender, add ice (optional) and blend until smooth.
Lower Sugar Option
For a lower sugar option, substitute with Boost Diabetic Vanilla (0.5g sugar vs 14g sugar in Boost Original)
Feel free to use mixed berries as an alternative to raspberries.
