    Cooked whole grain brown rice (water, brown rice), cooked seasoned chicken (white meat chicken, water, soy protein isolate, modified corn and tapioca starches, sugars [corn maltodextrin], salt, sodium phosphate, seasoning), water, broccoli, carrots, red bell peppers, cooked whole grain red quinoa (water, quinoa), plum sauce (sugar, salted plums, water, rice vinegar, modified corn starch, ginger, chilli pepper, xanthan gum [wheat], citric acid, sodium citrate), roasted cashew with safflower oil, soy sauce (water, soybeans, salt, sugar), brown sugar, modified corn starch, toasted sesame oil, garlic purée, rice wine vinegar, dried red bell peppers, potassium chloride, spice.


    For food safety and quality, follow these Cooking instructions:

    Microwave oven (1100 watts)

    Do not vent film.

    Cook on high 3:30 min. During cooking, a popping sound may occur as steam builds.

    Stir and re-cover.

    Continue on high 2 min. Let stand 1 min. Enjoy!

    Cook thoroughly. Cook to a minimum internal temperature of 160ºF (71ºC).

    Product will be hot! Carefully remove tray from microwave. Since appliances vary, cooking times may need adjustment. Microwave only: do not prepare in conventional or toaster oven as plastic tray can warp or melt. Do not re-use tray.
